Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged delivery, wrong item received, manufacturing defects, or major quality inconsistencies.

Open-Parcel Video Required for Damage Claims: In order to substantiate any claims of damage, incorrect goods, or faults, customers must capture a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This aids in precise issue verification and shields the company from false claims.

No Exchange on Custom or Personalised Items: Custom sizes, made-to-order pieces, initials/monograms, or limited-edition items are not eligible for exchange, as these are specially created per customer request. This is a standard industry practice that helps protect production costs and craftsmanship.

Sustainable Returns Policy: We encourage mindful purchases. Returned items are restored with care to reduce waste and support responsible, ethical consumption.
When Can You Return or Exchange?
You may request a return or exchange only if one of the following applies:

The product was delivered damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered (wrong design/variant).

There was a manufacturing fault that cannot be remedied (e.g. stitching defect, wrong fabric, severe defect).
Returns or exchanges are not permitted in the following situations:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Conditions for Return / Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact

For damage/defect cases, photos or a short unboxing video may be required to verify the issue
Cancellation Policy
Life changes — we understand.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Custom/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, simply contact us with your order number. If eligible, your refund will be processed within standard timelines.
